I'm really bad at this blogging thing...
WOW! So it has been about 9 months since I've been on here! I keep forgetting about it! So much has happened in the past 9 months!
UPDATES:
ME:
I'm about 2 semesters from having my associates degree, then forward march to the bachlors... Hopefully that one comes much faster than the first one.. It has taken me 4 years almost 5 to get what most people get in 2! But I'm still working at it!
BRIAN:
Brian, is waiting to start his job at the post office. He got hirred, then before he could start; one of the other new hires was going on vacation so they decided to have them all wait and start at the same time. Well, while they were waiting for this dude to get back, they put a hireing freeze out so they couldn't start working... So now we are both stay at home mommy & daddy...
There is a new courthouse/county jail that is being built in Jefferson City, so Brian is going to apply there. Actually going to get the application tomorrow! I really hope he gets it. He wants to be a cop... The wife/mother in me says Hell no! But, the me trying to let him be him and do what he feels is right says, it's your decision... So, we will see how that pans out.... He is enjoying his "Grizzly Adams" look while he has the time off and can grow facial hair, and Boy is it growing!
CATIE:
Well, Catie is something else! She is so sweet and loves everyone! She is my water bug! She loves being in the little pool we have. We went to the river for a family thing over 4th of July and she LOVED being in the river! She started walking a couple weeks after her first birthday. Her hair is finally long enough to get in to a pony tail! I was so excited! Although she does have quite a mullet going on! But it's the cutest mullet you will EVER see! :)
She is so content just playing by herself. But loves her brother so much! They run around chaseing each other and playing all the time! She is almost 15 months and is 18 pounds! She is tiny! But, she can hold her own against her 23 pound "Little" brother! :)
BRIAN III:
B is also something else! But in a completly different way than Catie! He started walking really early about 7 or 8 months and hasn't stopped since! He is 100% ALL BOY! Loves to be naked! We can't put them to bed in just diapers anymore! When we go in to get them B is usually but naked and his diaper is on the floor outside their bed! He also really enjoys being in the pool, but screams the whole time durring a bath! I don't get it! Anyway, he is very attached to his sister! If he wakes up in the night and she isn't there. If she has waken up and we brought her out to not wake him, he is distrought! Catie, it doesn't really bother her. My baby boy is so sweet though. He will just run up to you and give you a hug. He is very shy at first if he doesn't know you though. And he learned how to jump today! It is so funny watching him! Most of the time he only gets one foot off the ground! Sometimes he gets a good one and actually catches air with both feet! He's so funny!
Man, this last year has been a blur! I can't believe it is almost August already! I'm going to be 26! Brian is going to be 28! Oh my gosh our 20s are almost over! I have one more week of school left this semester and then a two week break. I hope to have lots of fun in those two weeks! Then, summer is pretty much over!
I hope I can remember to keep this updated more often now! I really enjoy posting on this thing! Who doesn't love to brag about their kids?!?!
Anyway, I need sleep now! Hope everyone is well!
